Jeremiah 29:11 New International Version 11
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.
Key points
1. God clearly states He has a plan for you.
2. Prosper you. Help you, bless, cover and heal.
3. Not harm and give a (positive) future.
Lessons here?
1. God’s plans are only and always good. Imagine that? A being with only good thoughts, wishes and actions continually.
2. To prosper you. That means God only wants what is good for you. 24/7.
3. Not harm.
We hear this and that about God did such and such in the Bible but God showed restraint even when as judge he had to do something when needed, to stop sin and evil.
Q. How did this help me?
It’s a wonderful reminder of God being love. A being of pure love. Caring, loving and utterly and entirely daily interested in your well being…spirit soul and body.
Q. How can this story help you?
I think it’s a good reminder to be patient with people and see the best in them.
Q. Have you found yourself in a situation where you struggled to understand someone?
Where you able to resolve the issue?
