For someone so initially set against everything Christian it is truly remarkable how Paul’s entire life changed.

He became so focused on the very things he wanted to eradicate.
Key points
Paul was clearly an aggressive force against Christians. There is even a reference of him minding coats while a Christian was attacked.
It’s amazing that it was not just Paul’s mind that was changed about God but also his Spirit and Soul.
Paul was utterly convinced about his walk with God.
He wanted to share this with everyone he could.
4. Paul in the Bible was dazzled and blinded by a light from Jesus.
He was challenged about his persecution of Christians.
5. For 3 days he was blind. No doubt that gave him so much time to think about what he was doing to Christians and why.
6. It may seem odd that he could not see for 3 days yet the physical blindness no doubt was necessary.
It meant he could see spiritually clearly that his persecution of Christians was wrong.
How did this help me?
The Story of Paul in the Bible is good to know as I think it showed me that God will do whatever it takes to get our attention.
How can this story help you?
I see it as a great example of the mercy of God available to all, (restoring Paul’s sight after 3 days) and how God can change anyone.

I like the fact that it was three days of blindness... Could be symbolic of the old man buried for three days and then being born again!
Thank you for this! I have faith that if God can change Paul's heart, then he most definitely can and will change my husband's very stubborn heart. And my relationship has grown stronger and stronger the more I pray for my husband to find Jesus.
